March Mobility Challenge

AXM Moves is running a free 30 day mobility challenge in March!

There will be two live lessons on the Daily CARs routine, and everyone who signs up will get access to instructional videos for CARs for each individual joint, including variations & adaptions.

The challenge is a great fit for anyone who wants their body to move better, for longer. It’ll help you wherever you’re at with your relationship to movement, if you’re main exercise is cleaning the house, hiking to cool views, or if you hit the gym 5 times a week. No matter how you move right now, this daily mobility routine will take each one of your joints through its full range of motion which will help your body stay mobile for years to come. Sign up Here

Goal of the challenge

The goal of AXM Move’s March Mobility challenge is to help you create a new daily mobility habit. During the challenge you’ll get encouragement and information on how to effectively incorporate new habits into your life, focused around this new daily mobility habit.

What is the daily mobility routine?

The daily mobility routine that I’m going to teach is the foundation for the FRC mobility system. This routine is called CARs, which stands for Controlled Articular Rotations. In short, this routine takes each one of your joints through your full range of motion. Join the challenge to learn more! How will the routine be taught?

August will host two live video calls teaching the CARs routine, and all participants will also be given access to instructional videos for each joint, alternate options, and recordings of the live instruction.

With sign up you’ll receive two versions of the habit tracker, one PDF that is ready for you to print and check off each day that you do your mobility routine, and one PDF that is ready for you to save and check off each day on your phone or computer.

The live mobility training will be Sunday, February 25th at 4 pm PST and on Thursday February 29th at 6 pm PST. During this August will explain the daily mobility routine, and have everyone attending run through each joint so they have the opportunity to ask questions.

Discord Server

Everyone who signs up will get invited to the March Mobility Challenge discord server, so you can get a daily reminder from August and also have the opportunity to connect with and encourage other participants.

  • Raffle winner gets either 2 in person workouts or 1 month of online Training

  • Discount for training for everyone who participates and sends in their completed form at the end of the month, no matter how many days you did your CARs. One is better than none!
