“August is amazing! right of the bat had a consult call and he took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle, and All my goals. he set me up with a stretch routine to prep while he took the time to make a completely personalized workout program. just did my first night with the workout program and IT WAS AMAZING!! by the end it brought back that amazing feeling of fatigue but satisfaction that I was chasing to feel again!”

"I’ve been training online with August for about two months now and it has truly been a wonderful experience. They make a point to help me work around my unpredictable work schedule. August has built my workout program around my specific needs and is always ready and willing to adjust my routine as I get stronger or want to work on something more specific. Being an online client I’m able to send pictures and videos of myself to him and he is always there to correct and motivate me even while living in different cities. August is so kind with their motivation and stray away from toxic diet culture in a way I really appreciate. I would recommend then to anyone!"
